AMOX LA

TREATMENTS OF METRITIS, MASTITIS, AGALACTIA

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains
Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) - 150 mg

INDICATIONS:
Amox LA is effective against infections of the alimentary tract, respiratory tract, urogenital tract, coli-mastitis and secondary bacterial infections during the course of a viral disease in horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs and cats.

DOSAGE: Intramuscular (I.M) injection, subcutaneous (S.C) injection.
- Bovine, swine, goats, sheep: 1 ml/ 15 kg B.W.
- Dogs, cats: 0.5 – 1 ml/ 15 kg B.W

This dosage may be repeated after 48 hours if necessary.

No more than 20 ml should be injected into a single site.

Note: Shake well before use.

Contra-indications: Do not administer to newborns, small herbivores (such as guinea pigs, rabbits), animals with hypersensitivity to penicillins, renal dysfunctions, infections caused by penicillinase-producing bacteria.

Withdrawal time:

- Meat: 7days
- Milk: 1 days

PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
