Treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in calves, sheep, goats, poultry

COMPOSITION: 

Amprolium HCl

INDICATIONS:

Ampro WS is indicated for coccidiosis caused by coccidia susceptible to amprolium (Eimeria spp.) or gastrointestinal infections for which it is therapeutically or prophylactically indicated to administer amprolium in calves, goats, sheep and poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Calves, sheep and goats:
Prevention: 1 g/ 60 kg B.W through drinking water or milk for 21 days.
Treatment: 1 g/ 30 kg B.W through drinking water or milk for 5 days.

Poultry :
Prevention : 1 kg/ 5,000 litres of drinking water for 1 - 2 weeks.
Treatment: 1 kg/ 1,250 – 2,500 litres of drinking water for 5 - 7 days.

Note: Mix Ampro WS daily with fresh water or milk. Not intended for hens producing eggs for human consumption.

Withdrawal time:

- For meat: 03 days.

- For milk: 03 days.

PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
