COMPOSITION: 

Fosfomycin
Tylosin tatrate

INDICATIONS:

• Treat Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by tylosin sensitive micro-organisms as Campylobacter, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Treponema spp. in calves, goats, poultry, sheep and swine.  

DOSAGE: Oral administration

1 g/ 4 – 4.5 litre of water or 1 g/ 10 – 28 kg B.W

Caution: Do not use with erythromycin and lincosamides.

PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
