INDICATIONS
For the treatment and control of internal (gastrointestinal and lung nematodes) and external (myiasis/larvae, ticks, scabies, lice) parasitosis. Action against strains resistant to ivermectin and other endectocides. Its vehicle gives a slow release and long action (at least 42 days).
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Ivermectin plus should be given subcutaneously as a single dose at the recommended dosage level.
Cattle, camelids: 1 ml/ 100 kgs B.W. Doses greater than 10 ml should be given at two separate sites
- Sheep and goats: 1 ml/ 100 kgs B.W.
- Swine: 0.5 ml/ 33 kgs B.W. Treat for sows prior to farrowing, preferably 4- 16 days before, to minimize infection to piglets.
Withdrawal time:
For meat:
- Cattle: 120 days from the last treatment.
- Sheep: 70 days from the last treatment.
Contra-indications:
- Do not use in dairy cattle.
- Do not administer to calves less than 16 weeks of age.
- Do not administer intravenously or intramuscularly.
PRESERVATION: Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25 °C.
