FOR RESPIRATORY AND SYSTEMIC INFECTIONS

COMPOSITION:

Each 1 ml contains:

Ceftiofur ....................... 50mg

INDICATIONS:

For the treatment of bacterial infections caused by ceftiofur-susceptible organisms, including:
• Respiratory infections in cattle and pigs
• Acute interdigital necrobacillosis (foot rot) in cattle
• Acute post-partum metritis in cattle
Also indicated for secondary bacterial infections associated with FMD and PRRS.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SC) injection.

Cattle (SC):

• Respiratory infections: 1 ml / 50 kg B.W once daily for 3–5 days
• Foot rot: 1 ml / 50 kg B.W once daily for 3 days
• Post-partum metritis: 1 ml / 50 kg B.W once daily for 5 days

Pigs (IM):

• 1 ml / 16 kg B.W once daily for 3 days

Shake well before use. Inject at different sites.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Cattle:

• Meat: 8 days
• Milk: 0 hours

Pigs:

• Meat: 5 days

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in animals hypersensitive to cephalosporins or beta-lactam antibiotics.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
