COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
Calcium gluconate ......................................200 mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12)..........................400 mcg
Excipients q.s.p.............................................1 ml
INDICATIONS
For the treatment of milk fever, convulsions, paralysis, and growth retardation in buffaloes, cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, and cats.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) injection.
Vitamin B₁₂ supplementation for weak animals suffering from anemia, debility, or recovering from infectious or parasitic diseases:
Piglets: 0.5 – 1.5 ml/animal
Pigs, calves, goats, sheep: 2 – 5 ml/animal
Buffaloes, cattle, horses: 10 – 15 ml/animal
Dogs, cats: 0.5 – 1 ml/animal
Repeat once every 1–2 weeks if necessary.
Treatment of postpartum paralysis:
Buffaloes, cattle, horses: 1 ml per 3 kg body weight/day (maximum: 150 ml/animal)
Pigs, goats, sheep, dogs, cats: 1 ml per 2 kg body weight/day (maximum: 100 ml/animal)
Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days.
Supportive treatment in cases of hemorrhage: 1 ml per 5 kg body weight.
Contraindications
Do not use in animals with hypercalcemia, severe renal failure, or cardiovascular diseases (arrhythmia, heart failure).
Withdrawal Period:Not required
PRESERVATION: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
