TILMICOS

COMPOSITION: 

Each 1 gm contains:

Tilmicosin phosphate…….................200 mg

INDICATIONS
Used for treatment of respiratory and enteric diseases caused by tilmicosin-sensitive bacteria in:
Swine: Pleuropneumonia, Pasteurellosis, Glässer’s disease (polyserositis), Enzootic pneumonia (Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae), Enteric infections.
Poultry (broilers and replacement pullets): CRD (Chronic Respiratory Disease), arthritis caused by Mycoplasma spp., ORT (Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale infection), Secondary infections caused by Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Swine
• Individual dosing: 1 g per 10 kg body weight/day
• Feed mixing (group medication): 1 kg per 1 ton of feed
• Treatment duration: 3–5 days
Poultry (broilers, replacement pullets)
Drinking water:
• 300–400 g per 1000 L of water for 3–5 days
Feed mixing:
• 1–2 kg per 1 ton of feed
Important: Medicated water must be freshly prepared daily.
