TILMICOS

COMPOSITION: 

Each 1 ml contains:
Tilmicosin - 250 mg

INDICATIONS:

For the treatment and metaphylaxis of respiratory disease in pigs (Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae), in chickens and turkeys (Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae), and in calves (Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Mycoplasma bovis, Mycoplasma dispar) caused by tilmicosin-susceptible organisms.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
For oral use only. Must be diluted before administration to animals.
Pigs: 1 ml/12–17 kg B.W/day for 5 days via drinking water, equivalent to 1 ml TILMICOS per 1.25 L water .
Chickens & Turkeys (non-laying): Chickens: 1 ml/12–17 kg BW/day; Turkeys 1 ml/9–25 kg BW/day for 3 days via drinking water (1 ml TILMICOS/3 - 3,5 L).
Calves: 1 ml/20 kg BW, mixed with milk replacer only, administered twice daily for 3–5 consecutive days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
For meat:
Chicken : 12 days
Turkeys: 19 days
Pigs: 14 days
Calves: 42 days
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to tilmicosin or to any of the excipients.
